The departure to the Delta begins with the boarding on the “Passenger”, the largest ship docked on Tulcea’s cliff. We discover the bustle of the locals, we sneak through a multitude of luggage, we hear colorful voices of the various languages of the communities of the Delta.

A slow food menu awaits, consisting of creamy cheese, garden vegetables, fresh fish, meadow fruits, and local pies. The walls of the restaurant are painted by locals, and they summarize Delta's world.
